Our Story
Jon Anderson Builds has been making dreams come true for 23 years. Always focusing on remodels and designer decks.
In 2019 taking over a Landscape business in order to give clients the full outdoor living experience.
Since then, we added a pool construction to our offerings. This allows us to give clients the dream of resort style living from home.
Something both Jon and Fletcher are very interested in- "Your Staycation is our Vocation."

Embarking on this journey in the 80s, I dedicated myself to constructing not only homes but also the foundation of a loving family. In the 90's ventured into the mortgage industry as an originator, during that time I realized my true passion lies in building.
In 2000, I founded Jon Anderson Builds, channeling my dedication into creating homes and meaningful structures that stand the test of time. The joy of building isn't just about structures; it's about crafting the spaces where families grow and thrive.
Fletcher Anderson
PROJECT MANAGER
I've been working with my dad on and off for many years starting freshman year of high school. There were many lessons learned over the years working with my dad, but the lesson that stands out most is, “If it's a job worth doing then, it's a job worth doing well.”
After high school I went to college where I played Volleyball for Long Beach State. After that I had the opportunity to Play in Europe for 2 years . When I got back, I went into Coaching and strength and conditioning for athletes. I decided to team up with my dad again in 2019 where I have been full time ever since .
